Reporting a problem

Provide your extension and Chrome versions, steps to reproduce, and an example URL that is safe to share. Never include credentials, private images or tokens.

Common questions

Why will some images not download? The original website may require sign-in or restrict access. ImageFlow does not bypass these limits.

Where are downloaded images? Check Chrome or Edge Downloads and your configured folder.

How do I enable automatic scanning? Keep ImageFlow’s side panel open, click Enable Automatic Mode, then explicitly approve optional access to ordinary HTTP(S) websites. Automatic grouping follows your preferences; simply checking preferences does not grant permissions.

Can I authorize sites once and still scan manually? Yes. Click Grant access to regular websites once and approve the browser prompt. You can then scan different tabs manually without enabling automatic scanning.

Can I disable automatic access? Yes. Disable Automatic Mode stops automation but preserves site access for manual scans. Open Manage settings and choose Revoke All-Sites Access separately to remove the broad grant. You can also review grants under chrome://extensions or edge://extensions. Individually approved sites may need separate removal.

Is visual grouping perfect? No. It uses local image pixel fingerprints and approximate detail scores, not AI understanding or a guarantee of the original highest-quality image.
